RETURN POLICY
At Fushanj.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a 30 days return policy for most items. Here's what you need to know:

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Some items are not eligible for return, such as damaged box, opened box, missing accessories. if incase received back in such condition, restocking fee applies.

PROCESS
To initiate a return, please email us at fushanjelectronics at gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond to your email within 24 - 48 business hours with instructions on how to proceed.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 3 - 5 business days depending on your card issuer's policies.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

EXCHANGES
