We have two simple steps for ordering: 

Step 1: Browse the item you wish to purchase or by inputting the keyword in the search file located on the top right of the page, or click on the category list on the top of the page. When you have found the products you would like to purchase , simply click the "Add To Cart" button. You will see these items in your shopping cart now (View cart). 

Step2: When you have finished your shopping, simply click on the Checkout button located on the bottom right of the page or at the bottom of your shopping cart. The website will then lead you though the process of providing delivery and payment details.

Orders which are paid online are confirmed once the payments have been processed or complete but orders which are paid Cash on Delivery will be verified by a phone call by one of our customer service representatives if product(s) are available in stock.

In case you are not home/office, on the date of the shipment, you have a chance to schedule with the courier to share your location or address in detail for whatever time the item will be shipped to you. 

Alternatively you may authorise another person to receive your item(s) at your primary address by giving the person's details to the courier. Please make sure to have the person receiving your item on your behalf, prepare a valid ID at the time of delivery.

An item will be listed as delivered only when we have your signature on the Airway bill / Receipt.

If an item gets stolen on it's way to you, we will start an investigation which will take up to 3 working days.

If the item is not found, we will send a new item to you.
